Dichtes, jugendliches Granat. Umwerfender Duft nach Kirschen, schwarzen Beeren, Veilchen, Nelken, nussige Aromen. Am Gaumen herrliche Frische, vielschichtige Frucht, balsamische Anklänge. Das Tannin ist weich und gut verwoben. Langes, vitales Finale. Trinkreife 2011-2020. 1-2 Stunden dekantieren.

Tierra del Vino de Zamora should have been included in the Toro DO but was overlooked when the boundaries were drawn. It is located approximately 40 kilometers south of Toro. Vinas del Cenit has 97 acres of Tempranillo vines, 15% of which are ungrafted and over 100+ years of age.
