Ins Schwarz gehende Kirschrot mit violetten Reflexen. Am Gaumen Kirschen, Brombeeren, Himbeeren, Röstaromen, Vanille. Gute Konzentration und Kraft am Gaumen bei ausgewogener Harmonie. Die Frucht ist geradlinig und sehr feintönig. Das Tannin ist erstklassig eingebunden und weich. Traumhaft langes Finale. Trinkreife 2011-2027. Unbedingt dekantieren!

92+ Punkte Robert Parker, Wine Advocate #195 Jun 2011: "The 2007 Tabula went through alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in barrel followed by 16 months in barrique and 4 months in large casks. The grapes were sourced from older vines in a particular parcel. It is a more structured effort, tighter, and dense on the palate. Asian spices, incense, lavender, espresso, mineral, and blackberry aromas and flavors lead to a well-proportioned wine with excellent volume and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. Give it 3-4 years of additional cellaring and drink it from 2015 to 2027. Bodegas y Vinedos Tabula’s newest releases are first-class, all made from 100% Tempranillo." Drink 2015-2027.
